Customer Service- West Farm Shopping Center Rack

Multiple roles are available across Sales, Cashier, Stock, and Fulfillment departments—you can discuss your preferred role during the interview process.

About the Role

Sales and Cashier

• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers, escorting them to fitting rooms, and returning clothing to the floor.
• Promote initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program to motivate and inspire customers and team members.
• Maintain organized stockrooms and complete inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Keep the sales floor "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers with transactions, delivering a seamless and friendly experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and defuse customer situations with timely resolutions.

Stock and Fulfillment

• Receive, unload, and unpack freight, delivering merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while adhering to quality standards.
• Prepare and ship orders following packing and shipping guidelines.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Support store operations, including setting up events, organizing backrooms, markdowns, and relocating fixtures.

Requirements

• Clear, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• For Stock and Fulfillment roles: Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $17.80 - $18.50. Offers may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
