Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, answer calls, field questions, and build customer relationships; Support customers in selecting landscape materials, outdoor supplies, and irrigation product recommendations
• Warehouse & Yard Operations: Pull, stage, and load customer orders, including stone, soil, mulch, and hardscape materials; Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming warehouse and yard, while following all equipment and material-handling safety standards
• Inventory Management: Receive and stock deliveries and transfers; Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks
• Delivery and Transportation: Load and unload materials using company delivery vehicles while following all safety protocols; Safely deliver customer materials in company delivery vehicles to local job sites, while providing world-class customer service upon arrival

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Basic math and communication skills
• An eagerness to work as a team and deliver world-class customer service

Preferred (but not required):

• Warehouse associate experience
• Delivery driver experience
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, or landscape materials
• Spanish bi‑lingual is a plus

Pay

$18 - $20/hr (DOE)
