Customer Service (Traveling)(Part Time)

Location: Manchester, NH • Hours: 20-30 hours per week

About the role

Seeking an entry-level Sales and Customer Service Representative to support student enrollment events, registration sessions, orientations, and open houses. This role works alongside a Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and assist with event operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and families at enrollment events
• Answer general questions about products, services, and ordering processes
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining displays
• Collect customer inquiries and follow-up requests for the sales team
• Provide professional customer service to students, parents, and school staff

Travel Requirements

• Travel to colleges and schools within a 90-minute radius of Manchester, NH
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Paid travel time to and from event locations

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing, professional, and reliable
• Comfortable working at events and interacting with the public
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
