Position Responsibilities
- Design and conduct training sessions using a variety of techniques to support employee success and drive high performance.
- Evaluate Customer Service training needs and provide recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison for training teams across Uline’s Corporate Headquarters and our regional facilities.
- Create a welcoming and positive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
