Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail banking environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs beyond standard teller transactions and refer them to appropriate team members for further assistance.

Requirements

• Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred.
• Retail or sales-minded with a focus on customer service.
• Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with approximately 37.5 hours per week, including Saturday mornings.
