Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing support via email and phone
- Aid with order entry, updates, and tracking to ensure timely delivery
- Review customer-provided documents for completeness and follow up if information is missing
- Communicate order status, changes, and any issues to customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with sales, production, and engineering teams to support customer needs
- Resolve order discrepancies, delivery issues, and general customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and updates in internal systems
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotes, and general account support
- Participate in team meetings and assist with ongoing process improvements
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience in PCB manufacturing or the electronics industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is important
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), are required
- A willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment is key
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are valued
