About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to assist in servicing medical practices and hospitals in our Cleveland, OH territory. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain client relationships, gain knowledge of products, and assist with account management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and conduct follow-ups on equipment needs for each medical facility (Nebulizers, Phototherapy, and Breast Pumps)
- Coordinate with the territory sales rep to ensure every clinic has the necessary product
- Instruct clinics on the safe and proper use of the equipment being delivered
- Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately to support delivery and billing functions
- Utilize Sales Software to document customer visits, sales activity, inventory, etc.
- Responsible for storage of equipment within each facility, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with state and federal laws
- Attend and contribute to group sales meetings and ongoing training

- Must live within the territory

- Strong people skills and interest in improving lives through healthcare
- Practical knowledge of software (CRM) or quick learning ability
- Excellent verbal, written, and assessment skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Good customer service skills including dealing courteously with the public, prospective patients, clients, and individuals within the organization
- Ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
- Professional demeanor representing Neb Doctors
- Pass a motor vehicle records check showing no major violations in the past 5 consecutive years
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years in a sales and customer service experience
- Prioritize Healthcare or DME background
