Customer Service Technician

About the role

This position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical/clinical environment or in a customer-facing support role in an associated industry. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer experience with challenging technical complaints and demonstrate an understanding of technical writing principles.

Responsibilities
