On-Site Schedule: 100% onsite
Compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hr

Customer Service Team Lead Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Educating and advising callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes.
- Processing enrollment-related transactions and taking ownership of issues through resolution.
- Researching customer requests and following up with customers as needed.
- Assisting with company projects and handling administrative tasks.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service efficiency.
- Handling escalated customer issues and providing solutions.
- Other projects assigned as needed.
Customer Service Team Lead Requirements
- BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be conversational.
- Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
