On-Site Schedule: 100% onsite
Compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hr

Customer Service Team Lead Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives.
  • Educating and advising callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes.
  • Processing enrollment-related transactions and taking ownership of issues through resolution.
  • Researching customer requests and following up with customers as needed.
  • Assisting with company projects and handling administrative tasks.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service efficiency.
  • Handling escalated customer issues and providing solutions.
  • Other projects assigned as needed.

Customer Service Team Lead Requirements

  • BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be conversational.
  • Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
