Responsibilities
- Communicate with Fox's awesome customer service base via phone, email, and text.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and communication by helping schedule and reschedule appointments, managing billing information, and resolving conflicts or complaints.
- Engage in meetings and training to develop leadership skills and abilities.
- Take escalated calls and provide training in 1x1’s with the Customer Service Representatives on your team.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma, some college preferred.
- Minimum two years Customer Service Rep experience.
- Experience with computer database systems/software.
- Willingness to learn.
- Positive and professional dress and demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, including reading and writing skills.
- Genuine personality, confident in self, and in office and customer service skills.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus.
