About the role

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Fox's awesome customer service base via phone, email, and text.
  • Ensure customers receive excellent service and communication by helping schedule and reschedule appointments, managing billing information, and resolving conflicts or complaints.
  • Engage in meetings and training to develop leadership skills and abilities.
  • Take escalated calls and provide training in 1x1’s with the Customer Service Representatives on your team.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma, some college preferred.
  • Minimum two years Customer Service Rep experience.
  • Experience with computer database systems/software.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Positive and professional dress and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading and writing skills.
  • Genuine personality, confident in self, and in office and customer service skills.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a huge plus.
