- Experience delivering technical support across diverse systems and environments
- System administration experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, telephony, and video conferencing equipment
- Experience deploying, configuring, and validating hardware and software components
- Skilled in using enterprise ticketing and incident-management systems
- Practical experience supporting and maintaining Windows OS environments
- Practical experience supporting and maintaining Linux OS environments

Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated adherence to exceptional security practices, including handling Restricted Handling (RH) data
- Experience supporting specialized systems such as FSA3 and FiCE
- Certification as a Data Transfer Officer
- Certification as a Krypto Handling Technician
- Training or experience supporting special “Back Room” operational requirements
- Advanced training in FSA3 and FiCE architectures, including associated troubleshooting procedures
