Customer Service Supervisor
About the role
The Customer Service Support role at Imperial Dade is available in Jacksonville. This position is part of a strong and continuously evolving team that helps the business grow.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face
- Aid in increasing sales and profitability for each account by suggesting new and complementary products and participating in sales promotions
- Optimize fill rates by providing substitutions for out-of-stock or discontinued items
- Navigate customer issues and needs by escalating them to the customer service manager when necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with other software
- Two years of data entry experience

- Excellent communication skills
- An outgoing personality and eager attitude to help others

Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7am - Finish.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
