What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire:
- Supervise, coach, and develop teller staff
- Provide ongoing training and feedback
- Manage staffing schedules
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Drive Results & Growth:
- Identify referral opportunities
- Support sales initiatives and branch goals
- Ensure Operational Excellence:
- Oversee teller operations and cash handling
- Maintain compliance with policies
- Be a Team Player:
- Collaborate across departments
- Participate in community events
- Minimum 1 year teller experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of banking products
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Bilingual a plus but not required
