What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire:

    • Build strong relationships with customers

    • Support sales initiatives and branch goals
  • Ensure Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee teller operations and cash handling
    • Maintain compliance with policies
  • Be a Team Player:
    • Collaborate across departments
    • Participate in community events

    What You Bring

    • Minimum 1 year teller experience
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Knowledge of banking products
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and reliability
    • Bilingual a plus but not required
