Customer Service Specialist - Traveling

About the role

A Traveling Customer Service Specialist travels among nearby branch locations and serves as the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with their banking needs. This role provides insight into banking, insurance, and wealth management, helping build a foundation for a career in financial services.

This position will float between the 3rd and 6th Street locations in Vincennes, IN.

Responsibilities

• Work face-to-face with clients in branch locations, managing a cash drawer and assisting clients and team members.
• Uncover client needs and educate them on German American products and services.
• Assist clients by verifying account information and performing loan and deposit transactions.
• Guide clients through friendly, meaningful conversations when they need direction.
• Travel among nearby branch locations to support multiple retail branch teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel among nearby branch locations.

Qualifications
