Responsibilities
- Work closely with iCIMS customers to ensure all their needs and expectations are met.
- Provide support and guidance on the use of iCIMS products, including the iRecruiter system.
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to add additional products and services.
- Collaborate with the iCIMS Support Team to troubleshoot client issues, cases, and inquiries.
- Handle escalated customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
- Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Hands-on user of related web-based technologies.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
- Previous experience with customer-facing roles specializing in HR systems and/or software.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ASP systems.
- Ability to quickly learn and master the iRecruiter system.
