Customer Service Specialist - Seasonal

About the role

This is a seasonal position lasting the duration of harvest 2026. You will help customers and fellow employees while performing a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company, interacting directly with people who come in or call your location and directing them as necessary
• Utilize organization skills to perform basic administrative and grain-related tasks: operate the scale to weigh trucks, test for grain quality, data entry, and more
• Represent the kind, community-focused culture of our organization to customers and employees
• Provide a valuable service to the local community in a friendly and safe work environment
