Customer Service Specialist - Part-time

About the role

As a part-time Customer Service Specialist at our Milligan location, you will serve as the face of the company, interacting directly with people who come in or call your location and directing them as necessary. You will develop strong relationships with customers and fellow employees while performing a variety of tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Utilize organization skills to perform basic administrative tasks for grain and agronomy departments, including operating the scale to weigh trucks and tanks, testing for grain quality, and data entry
• Represent the kind, community-focused culture of the organization to customers and employees
• Work more hours during peak demand times such as harvest and anhydrous seasons, then as needed for the rest of the year
