About the role

The Customer Service Specialist (Bilingual) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in both English and Spanish
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously
  • Process returns and exchanges according to company policy
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems (optional)

Pay
