About the role
Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity where you can help customers and grow with a fast-paced company? West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Lexington branch.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Aid customers with post-installation service requests
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate necessary follow-up
- Order replacement parts through manufacturers when needed
- Communicate schedule updates and service timelines to customers
- Escalate urgent customer concerns to branch leadership when appropriate
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
