Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to bank customers via phone and email. Conducting transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions such as account maintenance, transfers, and payments.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about bank products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial.
