CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job Summary

The mission of the Department of Finance and Administration is to provide Arkansas citizens convenient, effective, and courteous service which will encourage voluntary compliance with tax, license, and child support laws.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the public regarding motor vehicle information and related services.
• Handle inquiries and complaints from customers.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of motor vehicle laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma.
