About the role

Soccer Shots Sacramento is seeking a Customer Success & Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for parents and caregivers, assisting with registrations, transfers, make-ups, account updates, and general program questions. The role involves resolving customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset. This is an office-based position that works closely with families, schools, and team members through phone, email, and administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and building rapport through conversation
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT) and other technology platforms to improve productivity, communication quality, organization, and problem solving
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
  • Teachable with a growth mindset

Compensation

$21 to $23 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Approximately 25 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Up to two Saturday mornings per month during active program seasons
Additional hours may occasionally be required during peak registration periods, seasonal launches, and special events

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily office-based work environment
  • Extended periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Able to use standard office equipment
