Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and process quotes, orders, and work orders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key accounts.
  • Manage invoices, documentation, and order tracking.
  • Cook up coordination with Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Shipping teams.
  • Track account activity and proactively resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service or account support (manufacturing industry required).
  • Must have been employed with the same company for at least the past three years, ideally the past five years.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
  • Able to work independently and cross-functionally.
