Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process quotes, orders, and work orders.
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts.
- Manage invoices, documentation, and order tracking.
- Cook up coordination with Sales, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Shipping teams.
- Track account activity and proactively resolve issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer service or account support (manufacturing industry required).
- Must have been employed with the same company for at least the past three years, ideally the past five years.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel required).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally.
