Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling billing and payment issues for hospital and physician services, assisting customers via phone or in person, scanning financial documentation, distributing mail, reconciling with vendors, and troubleshooting issues.

Job Details And Requirements

• Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, accounting courses or training preferred
• Experience: Minimum of one (1) year healthcare, finance, business, call center, or customer service experience preferred
