About the Role
Customer Service Specialists play a vital role in retail success by assisting wholesale and retail customers, identifying their needs, answering product inquiries, and recommending suitable solutions. They aim to provide excellent customer service, resolve concerns promptly, and achieve sales targets while maintaining high store standards and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through sales service
- Assist customers in person and via phone, building trust
- Process sales accurately and follow policies
- Meet sales goals and maintain organized work files
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean equipment
- Pull products, tint/mix to specifications, and handle deliveries
- Maintain stock levels and store presentation
- Stay informed on products and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED
- Preferred: Retail or customer service experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of paint products
- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
