Physical Demands

This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60 pounds. Employees must be able to perform repetitive motions and safely operate equipment while following all safety and quality procedures.

Working Environment

Work is performed in a food manufacturing facility with variable temperatures — cooler warehouse areas and warmer production zones. The environment includes exposure to moving equipment, moderate to loud noise levels, and required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, hearing protection, gloves, and hairnets.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Post secondary education beyond high school preferred
  • 1+ years of Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Prior experience in manufacturing a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
  • Occasional Travel to other OINA sites

Qualifications

The position requires strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment. The ability to make commitments and be willing to be held accountable against them, organizing workloads to meet deadlines, exhibit adaptability to accept or bring about change when needed, and the ability to excel in a team environment and advance overall team objectives are also required.

Skills

  • Knowledge of order entry methods and techniques
  • Proven data entry skills
  • Good computer skills including current version of Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Team), CRM and Dynamics SL
  • Experience involving customer contact and resolution of customer difficulties
  • Excellent communications skills and attention to detail in order processing and customer communication
  • Ability to effectively act as liaison between sales and production
  • Attend meetings and complete safety trainings as required
  • Actively contributes to the evaluation and continuous improvement of customer services, policies, and procedures
  • Consistently demonstrate professional, positive, and approachable attitude, demeanor and discretion
