Sales Team Support

Carrying out administrative duties and ensuring seamless sales activities for the Sales Team. Being the liaison between the customer and Sales team, communicating feedback from the customers to the team.

Customer Service

• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Sales Order And Return Process: Adjusting orders when inquired by Salesman or Customers. Real time monitoring/processing for sales mobile orders and inputting manual orders received via Email, Fax, or Phone)
• Canada orders and Grand opening order process
• Checking back orders and the status of orders
• Sales return order review and billing process
• Online (Ivykiss.com) Inquiries/Assistance

Carrier Claim and Shipment Tracking

• Reporting Shortages and Damages, processing credit or replacement orders
• Carrier Claim and Shipment Tracking: Resolving shipping issues due to UPS or truck deliveries and carrier claims
• Reporting Monthly pending sales orders and sales return

Pay

The anticipated compensation range is 21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
