Customer Service Specialist

Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a great insight into the world of banking, insurance, and wealth management to build a foundation for a career in financial services.

What You’ll Do

• Work face-to-face with clients in the branch location
• Manage a cash drawer
• Assist clients and team members
• Uncover needs and educate clients on German American products and services
• Verify account information and perform loan and deposit transactions
• Guide clients when unsure about next steps by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations
