Responsibilities

• Work face-to-face with clients in the branch location.
• Manage a cash drawer and assist clients and team members.
• Uncover client needs and educate them on German American products and services.
• Verify account information and perform loan and deposit transactions.
• Guide clients when they are unsure of next steps through friendly, meaningful conversations.
• Maintain confidentiality and listen closely to understand client needs.
• Identify opportunities to better serve the customer and build long-lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Bilingual/multilingual (a plus).
• Customer service experience (a plus).
• Cash-handling experience (a plus).
