Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone and email to resolve issues and provide support
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening and problem-solving
• Follow up on customer issues until they are resolved

Requirements

• Background in service industry
• Exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service preferred

Pay

$19 - $21 hourly plus incentives
