Qualifications

  • Some college degree required
  • One year of medical office experience, including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out) and answering phones
  • Prior authorization experience through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds
  • eClinicalWorks experience
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
