Qualifications
- Some college degree required
- One year of medical office experience, including front-of-office doctor's office experience (check-in/check out) and answering phones
- Prior authorization experience through Availity, United Healthcare portal, and CoverMyMeds
- eClinicalWorks experience
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
