Customer Service Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Windsor, CT to support our customers and internal teams through responsive service, accurate quote preparation, and effective order coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely solutions, managing inquiries, and supporting the overall success of our aftermarket operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service and support to end-users for all company products
- Interact with customers to obtain, provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
- Prepare quotes for parts / service needs
- Research required information using available resources
- Follow standard processes and procedures
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications
- Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- Effectively manage large volume of customer interaction
Requirements
- Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Standing, walking, sitting for long periods, talking on the computer.
- Your Experience Should Be… Skill and Knowledge Qualifications: Promptly respond to external customers and channel partners with on time quotations, pricing, and lead times on one of our quick turnaround product lines. Build relationships with customers by efficiently and accurately processing new orders as well as providing continuous updated lead time and tracking information. Prioritize and respond to a moderate volume of emails and calls daily. Prepare submittal packets for Sales Team. Recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively, escalating complaints or issues when needed.

Qualifications
- Accomplished multi-tasker able to prioritize large volume of activity
- Demonstrated technical know-how, analytical skills, and mechanical aptitude
- Essential High School Diploma or GED
- 2 plus years of experience working in a manufacture enviornment
Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills – an active listener with proven collaboration skills
- High competency w/ Microsoft Office Products: Word, Office, Excel, Powerpoint
