Role Description Camco Chemical is seeking a customer-focused, relationship-driven Customer Service Specialist. This key role serves as the primary point of contact for valued manufacturing customers, helping to ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, and continued business growth. Develop and maintain strong client relationships: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Maintains customer accounts and records: Documents customer interactions with details of inquiries, concerns or comments.Customer support: Provides support in all areas such as: Demand Management, Inventory, A/R and Sales.Drive sales and revenue growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams: Ensure timely delivery of products and services.Monitor client satisfaction: Address any issues or concerns promptly.Prepare and present reports: Provide updates on account status, sales activities, and forecasts. QualificationsStrong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with the ability to build positive, professional relationships.Experience in Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction, including resolving concerns and following through on commitments.Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and familiarity with CRM or order management systems.Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively.Problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments is a plus.
