Job Responsibilities

  • Processing requests for shipping labels, tracking, and inventory questions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure systems data is correct.
  • Reviewing surgery set requests and submitting them to management for approval.
  • Submitting orders and working with the warehouse to complete orders.
  • Booking air cargo flights for set shipments.
  • Maintaining communication with distributors concerning set requests and shipping information.

Requirements

  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Able to work in a high-paced environment.
  • Expert-level computer and software skills.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP Software; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in Orthopedic Spine is preferred but not required.
