Job Responsibilities
- Processing requests for shipping labels, tracking, and inventory questions.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure systems data is correct.
- Reviewing surgery set requests and submitting them to management for approval.
- Submitting orders and working with the warehouse to complete orders.
- Booking air cargo flights for set shipments.
- Maintaining communication with distributors concerning set requests and shipping information.
Requirements
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Motivated self-starter.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a high-paced environment.
- Expert-level computer and software skills.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with ERP Software; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in Orthopedic Spine is preferred but not required.
