Job Purpose

The Service Operations Administrator - Corporate is responsible for internal support and external customers, which includes data management, work order management, and customer-facing program assignments. This position works with the assigned supervisor to operationalize the customer contract strategy and relationships to reduce costs, enhance service quality, and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain asset profiles and service tickets with high accuracy.
  • Retrieve, review, and process documentation from internal/external customers to ensure contractual accuracy and completion.
  • Execute and understand all department standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with technical staff to resolve service level issues in a timely manner.
  • Aid in achieving full compliance with medical equipment management programs.
  • Support end-of-month calendar deliverables in alignment with customer deadlines, compliance standards, and operational goals.
  • Adhere to month-end procedures, requirements, and timelines.
  • Contribute to quality control efforts to align both revenue and expense activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred but not required.
  • 0 – 3 years of administrative or other applicable experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational effectiveness.
  • Desire to grow professionally and establish oneself as an expert/resource in the field.
  • Cooperative and contributing team member to ensure high levels of service to both internal and external customers.
  • Flexibility in work schedule to meet customer needs.
  • Desire to learn and establish expertise in product, market, profession, or area of expertise.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
