Customer Service Specialist - $18 per hour

About the role

Aqua-Tots, committed to being the BEST swim school, provides high-quality swim lessons to families and aims to save lives through swimming. Our mission is to ensure every child learns to swim and enjoys the experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when they come into the facility
• Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with families and get to know their names and their children's names
• Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
• Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction
• Answering sales calls and conducting tours
• Enrolling children in swim lessons and managing the lesson schedules
• Engaging with Children and Families on the joy of learning & swimming
• Smiling and having fun
• Ensuring a fantastic, family-friendly experience

Requirements

• Must commit to 2 workdays & Saturdays at a minimum
• Available for at least two weekday afternoon shifts (3:15 - 8:15 pm) AND Saturdays (8:30 am - 1:30 pm or 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm)
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working with computers
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working with a scheduling system
• One year of the demonstrated hospitality industry or customer service representative experience - preferred
• One Year Of Demonstrated Sales Experience - Preferred
• Bilingual is a plus

Pay

$18 per hour with an eligible raise at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year.
