About the role

Aon is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This role is part of Aon Integramark, a debt cancellation service administrator for the U.S. lending industry. The position is hybrid and based in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service for inbound calls
  • Initiate benefits (claims) and process benefit related transactions
  • Work cancellation requests
  • Identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Engage in active listening with the customer, confirming or clarifying information and defuse situations as needed
  • Document details of customer’s inquiries and/or complaints and the actions taken to resolve their issues in a comprehensible way

Requirements

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required

Pay

The salary range for this position (for U.S. applicants) is $40,000 to $45,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

This is a hybrid position based in Alpharetta, GA.
