About the role
Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. They assess customer storage needs, make suggestions, sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, and make bank deposits.
Responsibilities
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions
- Sell packing and moving supplies
- Make reminder and collection calls when required
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
Requirements
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Qualifications
- Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
- Valid driver's license required to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business
Skills
Property Managers should be able to work independently, handle customer inquiries, and manage cash drawer audits.

Pay
$16.50 per hour
Schedule
Flexible and full-time schedules between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm)
