Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $17.50 per hour with a competitive Total Rewards package.

Schedule

• Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM (weekends until 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and provide recommendations, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder or collection calls as needed.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Capability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments (e.g., retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies).
• Valid driver’s license and use of your own vehicle for travel between work locations (mileage reimbursement provided).
