About the role
Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside. They assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Daily storage unit inspections are conducted to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent. Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business. They also help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Responsibilities
- Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits
- Audit storage units for inventory and availability
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions
- Help customers with payment reminders and collections
- Perform daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping and maintaining grounds
- Transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds

- Ability to perform daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping/mopping and maintaining grounds
Qualifications
- Experience from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies
