Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $16.50 per hour with a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Schedule

• Flexible and full-time schedules between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM (weekends until 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payment reminders and collections.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including:
  • Sweeping and mopping interior areas
  • Maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal, keeping them clean and free of debris

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Capability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments.
• Ability to climb stairs and open large doors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and use of your own vehicle for travel between work locations and other work-related tasks (mileage reimbursement available).
