- Schedule Technicians for Service Calls
- Communicate the schedule to customers and technicians
- Plan Preventative Maintenance schedules for various customers and equipment
- Update customers on status of calls
- Cookordinate with other departments to ensure the technician is prepared to service the equipment
- Cookordinate service techs to meet customer deadlines

- Proficient use of Windows operating system
- Proficient Map skills
- Proficient use of Google Apps for Business

- Ability to thrive and keep a positive attitude in a high-tempo, stressful environment
- Ability to coordinate schedules of 20+ technicians covering territory of multiple states
- Familiarity with CAD (computer-aided dispatch) systems
- Exceptional ability to visualize geographical data and efficiently route techs using computer mapping software
- Must be able to devise plans of action while being willing and able to adjust plans regularly to keep pace with an ever-changing service landscape
