Customer Service/Sales Support Rep

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for quotations (RFQ) by analyzing requirements, verifying stock availability, potential purchasing contracts, and previous supplier requests.
• Prepare offers to customers based on the best supply source determined by Procurement (certifications, price per unit, and lead time).
• Perform RFQ follow‑up activities (emails, calls, videoconferences, and visits) to maintain customer relations.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers, providing product and order/contract information and explaining complex technical details.
• Proactively handle customer complaints and ensure resolution by coordinating with the Manager and other departments (Quality & Compliance, Finance, Operations, etc.).
• Monitor and manage daily targets/KPIs (sales, margin, bookings, OTIF %, order book, etc.) using BI tools (e.g., Qlik) and implement corrective actions to achieve BU profitability.
• Undertake other duties as directed to support the efficient running of the company.

Skills

• Customer service
• Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
• Autonomy in critical revision of product technical specifications
• Target monitoring through BI tools
• Expertise in SAP and Salesforce
• Market knowledge
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Familiarity with Quality Audit Process and maintenance of a Quality Management System
• Entry‑level experience

Pay

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $25.00 per hour. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent factors.
