About the role
This role involves handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Duties include reviewing customer contracts, analyzing payment histories, advising customers on account statuses, assisting with extensions and deferrals, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Review customer contract, including voluntary surrender, principal and interest breakdown for payments and account, total loss process.
- Advise customers on open and closed accounts, provide information on state-to-state transfers, title protection, and optional products.
- Aid customers with extensions and deferrals, communicate account statuses, and assist with payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Recommend appropriate solutions by analyzing accounts as a specialist.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Drive to solve problems and meet goals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with manual calculations.
- Ability to handle multiple systems simultaneously.
- Work from home requirement: Excellent Internet connectivity, hardwired internet access, productive, quiet, and distraction-free space, smartphone (iOS or Android).
