Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and/or in person
  • Aid clients with basic policy questions, billing inquiries, and account updates
  • Support licensed agents with policy servicing and administrative tasks
  • Learn insurance products, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems
  • Follow state regulations and company guidelines at all times

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active insurance license within 90 days of hire
  • Willingness to complete pre-licensing coursework and pass state licensing exams
  • Comfortable using computers and office software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or financial services
  • Insurance experience a plus, but not required
