Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and/or in person
- Aid clients with basic policy questions, billing inquiries, and account updates
- Support licensed agents with policy servicing and administrative tasks
- Learn insurance products, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate client records in agency management systems
- Follow state regulations and company guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active insurance license within 90 days of hire
- Willingness to complete pre-licensing coursework and pass state licensing exams
- Comfortable using computers and office software
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or financial services
- Insurance experience a plus, but not required
