About the Role

Spade Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its fully remote support team. In this role, you will assist individuals and families who have requested information about available benefit programs. You will answer questions, schedule virtual appointments, guide clients through the next steps, and maintain accurate client records. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, have strong communication skills, and can work independently from home. No prior industry experience is required, as complete training is provided.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, or phone support is an advantage but not required.
  • Comfortable working remotely with basic computer skills.
