About the role
As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in various ways such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and long-term clients
- Aid in marketing and social media efforts
- Work independently and with a helper to learn and use power tools, measuring tools, and work on sign production and digital printing
- Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
- Involvement in daily team meetings, business and marketing plans, and contributing to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center
Requirements
- A good driving record is mandatory
