Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to various customers from different market applications (LED architectural lighting, LED signage lighting) via close cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Create and enter orders in the system.
- Provide support to the Sales team (e.g., quotations, delivery status, order reports).
- Manage daily customer orders in a timely manner (receive and confirm all orders with customer, provide shipment tracking or order status if on back order).
- Handle and resolve operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, deliveries, invoicing, returns).
- Engage with other functions to ensure best-in-class customer service support (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics).
- Proactively participate in daily shipping activities to include preparing shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and returning paperwork to the warehouse to meet deadlines.
- Establish and conduct regular customer review calls while building follow-up action plans tracked in CRM system.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Business or relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service or Sales Operations experience
- Proven track record (knowledge of LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry is a plus)
- Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Order Entry software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
- Self-motivated, able to independently manage various activities with minimal supervision
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, listening and collaboration skills with a problem-solving mindset
