Customer Service Representative - Twin Town

About the role

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service, processing orders, and supporting both customers and the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Accurately enter and process customer orders received through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Manage and coordinate rush orders to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships by providing outstanding customer service.
• Support the sales team by addressing customer requests and facilitating solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with the Customer Service Manager regarding customer needs and order status.
• Develop a thorough understanding of production capabilities, lead times, and scheduling requirements.
• Prepare and provide cost estimates based on customer specifications and requests.
• Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless customer support and workload coverage.
• Obtain supplier quotations, process purchase orders, and coordinate vendor communications as needed.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency with computer systems and order-entry processes.
• Corrugated packaging industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Pay

Starting wage is $22–$26 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.
