Customer Service Representative - Transportation Industry

Anjer Trailer Sales is an industry respected family-owned business in its 43rd year of operation. Specializing in the sale and servicing of equipment for the transportation industry.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls for the parts and service department
• Writing estimates for the parts and service department
• Assisting the sales department
• Generating computerized sales quotes for customers
• Managing inventory
• Various miscellaneous tasks
• Maintaining the company website
• Produce/modify some company marketing material

Requirements

• Able to communicate well and have very strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work well both independently and with others
• Possess a keen understanding of superior customer service and professionalism
• Computer proficient
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word, some graphic design would be helpful
• Aggressive, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Full-time position, M-F, 8:30 - 5:00
